अब आपको जम्मू कश्मीर ले चलता हूं...जहां विधानसभा चुनाव के दूसरे चरण का मतदान पूरा हुआ...पहले चरण की तरह दूसरे चरण में भी बंपर वोटिंग हुई है...वोटिंग के आंकड़े आपको बताऊंगा लेकिन उससे पहले आपके लिए...एक तस्वीर देखना बहुत जरूरी है. मेरे साथ आप वोटिंग की जो तस्वीरें देख रहे हैं...ये है कश्मीर का सोइबुग गांव...ये गांव कश्मीर के बडगाम में आता है...कश्मीर में पहले इसे सैयद सलाउद्दीन का गांव कहा जाता था...क्योंकि हिज्बुल मुजाहिदीन का सरगना सैयद सलाउद्दीन इसी गांव से था...आज जब सोइबुग में मतदान के लिए वोटिंग सेंटर खुला तो सुबह 11 बजे तक ही 40 प्रतिशत वोट पड़ गए थे...जो बता रहा था कि आम कश्मीरी अब आतंक से दूर हो चुका है...वो लोकतंत्र से जुड़ गया है.
