गुजरात के सूरत में दीपावली और छठ पूजा के दौरान रेलवे स्टेशन पर हजारों यात्रियों की भारी भीड़ उमड़ पड़ी है। आलम ये है कि कई लोगों के पास टिकट होने के बावजूद वे ट्रेन में चढ़ने में नाकाम रहे। सूरत के उधना रेलवे स्टेशन पर 35 हजार से ज्यादा यात्रियों की भीड़ देखने को मिली। त्योहार के मद्देनजर उत्तर भारत की ज्यादातर ट्रेनें पूरी तरह से पैक हो गई हैं।

Thousands of passengers have thronged the railway station in Surat, Gujarat during Diwali and Chhath Puja. The situation is such that many people failed to board the train despite having tickets. More than 35 thousand passengers were seen at Surat's Udhna railway station. In view of the festival, most of the trains in North India are completely packed.
