पूर्व राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद को आज राष्ट्रपति भवन में विदाई दी गई। राष्ट्रपति के अंगरक्षकों ने उन्हें पूरे सम्मान के साथ विदाई दी। गौरतलब है कि द्रौपदी मुर्मू देश की 15वीं राष्ट्रपति बनीं हैं।पूर्व राष्ट्रपति कोविंद ने 25 जुलाई 2017 को राष्ट्रपति भवन में अपना कार्यकाल शुरू किया था। अब 25 जुलाई 2022 को उनका कार्यकाल खत्म हो गया। जब कोविंद राष्ट्रपति भवन में आए थे तो उनका स्वागत भी ठीक वैसे ही हुआ था जैसे मौजूदा राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू का हुआ था। कोविंद की विदाई भी राष्ट्रपति के सुरक्षा गार्ड ने वैसे ही दी, जैसे उन्होंने आगवानी की थी।
