शेख राशिद अहमद का नामांकन पत्र खारिज कर दिया गया है. बताया जा रहा है कि एक रेस्ट हाउस के बिल का भुगतान ना होने के कारण इसे खारिज किया गया है. पाकिस्तानी अखबार के मुताबिक शेख राशिद 4 सितंबर से 9 सितंबर, 2022 तक रेस्ट हाउस में रहे थे और उन पर सरकार का 3,22,000 पाकिस्तानी रुपये का बकाया है.
