भारतीय रेलवे जल्द ही अपनी प्रीमियम ट्रेनों की स्पीड कम करेगी. सुरक्षा के लिये वंदे भारत और गतिमान एक्सप्रेस की रफ्तार 160 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे से कम करके 130 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे तक लाई जाएगी. सूत्रों के मुताबिक शताब्दी एक्सप्रेस की गति भी 150 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे के बदले 130 तक लाई जाएगी. इसकी वजह से ट्रेनों को अपनी मंजिल तक पहुंचने में 25 से 30 मिनट तक ज्यादा समय लगेगा.

Indian Railways will soon reduce the speed of its premium trains. For safety, the speed of Vande Bharat and Gatimaan Express will be reduced from 160 km per hour to 130 km per hour. According to sources, the speed of Shatabdi Express will also be brought down to 130 instead of 150 kilometers per hour. Because of this, trains will take 25 to 30 minutes longer to reach their destination.
