जियोलोजिकल सर्वे ऑफ इंडिया को बड़ी कामयाबी मिली है. भारतीय भूवैज्ञानिक सर्वेक्षण ने लिथियम के 5.9 मिलियन टन अनुमानित संसाधनों (जी3) की खोज की है. इसका इस्तेमाल इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल की बैटरी बनाने के लिए किया जाता है. जाहिर है चीन को ये बात बिल्कुल अच्छी नहीं लगी होगी.
