दिल्ली के अधिकारियों की ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग से जुड़े अध्यादेश की जगह लेने वाला दिल्ली सेवा बिल लोकसभा में ध्‍‍‍‍‍वनि मत से पास हो गया. इस दौरान चर्चा में केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने कहा कि केंद्र को कानून बनाने का अधिकार है. यह अध्यादेश पूरी तरह से संवैधानिक है. इसके पास होते ही विपक्षी पार्टियों का गठबंधन टूट जाएगा.

During this discussion, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that the Center has the right to make laws. This ordinance is completely constitutional.
