Delhi LG Vs CM Live Updates: दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल वीके सक्सेना ने दिल्ली आबकारी नीति के कथित उल्लंघन और उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया द्वारा की गई "जानबूझकर और घोर प्रक्रियात्मक चूक" की सीबीआई जांच की सिफारिश की है, जो आबकारी विभाग के प्रभारी भी हैं। उपराज्यपाल ने मुख्य सचिव द्वारा हाल ही में एक रिपोर्ट के बाद जीएनसीटीडी अधिनियम 1991, व्यापार नियमों के लेनदेन (टीओबीआर) 1993, दिल्ली उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम 2009 और दिल्ली उत्पाद शुल्क नियम 2010 के प्रथम दृष्टया उल्लंघन की एक रिपोर्ट के बाद सीबीआई जांच की सिफारिश की। मुख्यमंत्री में आबकारी नीति पारित की गई थी। 2021 में घातक डेल्टा कोविड -19 महामारी के बीच में अरविंद केजरीवाल के नेतृत्व वाली दिल्ली कैबिनेट।

Delhi`s Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has recommended a CBI probe into the alleged violations of the Delhi Excise Policy and "deliberate and gross procedural lapses" made by Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, who is also in charge of the excise department. Lieutenant Governor recommended the CBI inquiry after a recent report by the Chief Secretary established prima facie violations of GNCTD Act 1991, Transaction of Business Rules (ToBR) 1993, Delhi Excise Act 2009 and Delhi Excise Rules 2010. The excise policy was passed in Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi Cabinet in the middle of the deadly Delta Covid-19 pandemic in 2021.
