I love Puri's but since they are deep fried, I only prepare them occasionally. If you've ever wondered how to make a puri or what is it all about, have a look :) I cant make promise that your mouth will not water.
Dough for the Puri/poori is made in the same way as for Roti or Paratha and we roll out the dough and put in hot oil to fry.
