Have you tried Sattvic or Satvik diet ever before? If not, I highly recommend to try if you are a holistic lifestyle believer. It is my dream to go on a Wellness vacation where I would be pampered with herbal massage, practice yoga & meditate with guru, cook & eat sattvic food for at least a week and hike in mountains. How cool does that sound to you? To me personally, it feels so relaxing just thinking of it so imagine, if I get to go for a week of wellness vacation, I would feel so light, I guess!

I love traveling but due to covid, I decided to plan wellness vacation at home and it is working out great so I though of sharing with you all that we all need to take great care of our own self first to help others around us.
In today's episode, I am sharing my routine for cooking sattvic food, some of my favorite movement fitness, and feel relaxed with the activities I love to myself engaged with. Few more things I do is read a good motivational book, listen to music or just help someone finding their purpose.

I am making Farali Fasting Moraiyo Moriyo (Barnyard Millet) Khichdi, kind of savory porridge and kadhi (yogurt based soup) but you can just come up with simple food like sautéing some vegetables and so on.
