नागरिक अधिकारियों ने कहा कि NMMC के शिक्षा विभाग को उन अभिभावकों से कई शिकायतें मिली हैं, जो कोरोना के दौरान इन स्कूलों में फीस का भुगतान नहीं कर पाए हैं, कि कई छात्रों को परीक्षा परिणाम नहीं दिखाया गया है और कई अन्य को उच्च कक्षाओं में पदोन्नत नहीं किया गया है साथ ही उन्हें ऑनलाइन कक्षाओं से हटा दिया गया है।
