Complaint Filed Against Naseeruddin Shah's Daughter Heeba Shah For Assaulting Animal Welfare Workers

Naseeruddin Shah was recently in news for calling Anupam Kher a joker and now, his daughter Heeba Shah is making headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Heeba has been accused of assaulting two animal welfare workers and two noncognisable complaints have been filed against her. The incident happened on January 16, when Shah's daughter had taken two cats to a veterinary clinic for sterilisation.

The trustee of the foundation revealed that Heeba got angry when she was asked to wait and assaulted them when she was asked to sign the consent form. The entire incident has been captured on CCTV.

Heeba has stated that it all happened in the 'heat of the moment.' She said that she wanted to leave the clinic as it was not hygienic but the staff prevented her from doing so.
