Ingredients/ Method
1 cup salted butter- softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
for Dusting: Some powdered sugar
Method: Combine butter, sugar and cocoa and fluff them up with an electric blender. Add in flour and gently fold to form a smooth dough. Chill the dough. When you are ready to cook the cookies, preheat oven to 375 F. Form golf size balls with the dough and bake for 12-15 mins until the dough is set. Let the cookies cool down completely and then roll them in powdered sugar. Serve with a smile :)
