चंडीगढ़ यूनिवर्सिटी (Chandigarh University) की 60 छात्राओं का आपत्तिजनक वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो गया है, जिसके बाद वहां की 8 छात्राओं ने कथित रूप से खुदकुशी की कोशिश की है. दो छात्राओं की हालत नाजुक बताई जा रही है. आरोप है कि छात्रा ने साथी छात्राओं के वीडियो शिमला (Shimla) के एक युवक भेज दिए, जो उसने सोशल मीडिया अपलोड कर दिए. बीती रात, मोहाली (Mohali) स्थित चंडीगढ़ यूनिवर्सिटी की छात्राओं ने यूनिवर्सिटी प्रशासन के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन भी किया. इस दौरान छात्राओं ने यूनिवर्सिटी प्रशासन पर मामले को दबाने का आरोप लगाया. अब इसपर चंडीगढ़ यूनिवर्सिटी की सफाई आई है. चंडीगढ़ यूनिवर्सिटी के मुताबिक, उन्होंने ही मामले में एफआईआर दर्ज करवाई है. अगर वो मामले को दबाना चाहते तो एफआईआर क्यों दर्ज करवाते?

An objectionable video of 60 girl students of Chandigarh University has gone viral on social media, after which 8 girl students there allegedly attempted suicide. The condition of two girl students is said to be critical. It is alleged that the student sent videos of fellow students to a Shimla youth, which she uploaded on social media.
