Ras Malai is a royal sweet, often served on special occasions. This deliciously refreshing dessert consists of soft and light spongy balls/cakes , made from milk solids and dipped in sweetened fragrant milk. Recipe is very very easy .

INGREDIENTS,
For Rasmalai Milk
10 tbsp Sugar
½cup Water
1.5 litre Milk
5-6 Cardamom
½ tsp Yellow food Colour
1 tsp Salt

For Rasmalai Balls,
1 cup Full cream Milk Powder
1tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tsp Flour
1 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Milk
1 Egg
Chopped Nuts For Garnishing
