बजट सत्र के दूसरे चरण में आज एक बार फिर लोकसभा और राज्यसभा की कार्यवाही को शुरू किया गया। इस दौरान लोकसभा में पीएम मोदी भी शामिल हुए। कार्यवाही शुरू होते ही विपक्ष ने लोकसभा और राज्यसभा में जमकर नारेबाजी की जिसको देखते हुए एक बार फिर लोकसभा और राज्यसभा की कार्यवाही को स्थगित करना पड़ा।
