कांग्रेस ने आज अपनी तीसरी गारंटी की घोषणा कर दी है. यह घोषणा युवाओं के लिए है. इसका नाम 'युवा उड़ान योजना' है. कांग्रेस ने घोषणा की है कि वह सरकार बनने पर बेरोजगार युवाओं को एप्रेंटेसशिप के तौर पर 8500 रुपये प्रति महीने देगी. इसकी घोषणा राजस्थान के पूर्व डिप्टी सीएम और कांग्रेस नेता सचिन पायलट ने राजधानी दिल्ली में की.
