दिल्ली में 1984 सिख विरोधी दंगा मामले में मंगलवार को कांग्रेस के पूर्व सांसद सज्जन कुमार को उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई गई। राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट की विशेष जज कावेरी बावेजा ने दोपहर 2 बजे के बाद फैसला सुनाया। कोर्ट ने 21 फरवरी को सजा पर फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था।

Former Congress MP Sajjan Kumar was sentenced to life imprisonment on Tuesday in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case in Delhi. Special Judge Kaveri Baveja of Rouse Avenue Court pronounced the verdict after 2 pm. The court had reserved the decision on the sentence on February 21.
