राजधानी दिल्ली में एक बार फिर से जल संकट देखने को मिल रहा है। दिल्ली के कई अलग-अलग इलाकों में लोग पानी की किल्लत से जूझते दिखाई दे रहे है.राजधानी में गर्मियां शुरू होते ही पानी की मांग बढ़ जाती है. ऐसे में यमुना नदी के घटे हुए जलस्तर की वजह से दिल्ली के पानी की सप्लाई में काफी ज्यादा कमी देखने को मिलती है.दिल्ली में जल संकट से प्रभावित इलाकों में रहने वाले लोगों को घंटों पानी के टैंकर का इंतजार करना पड़ता है। पानी का टैंकर आते ही पानी लेने के लिए स्थानीय निवासी टूट पड़ते हैं।

The demand for water increases as soon as summer starts in the capital. In such a situation, due to the decreased water level of Yamuna river, there is a huge shortage in the water supply of Delhi. People living in the areas affected by water crisis in Delhi have to wait for hours for the water tanker. As soon as the water tanker arrives, the local residents rush to get water.
