नई संसद के उद्घाटन से पहले लुटियंस इलाके की सुरक्षा कड़ी है. प्राइवेट गाड़ियों की आवाजाही पर पाबंदी है. सीमेंट के पत्थरों लगाकर सिंघु और टिकरी बॉर्डर भी सील है. पहलवानों ने आज नए संसद भवन के सामने महापंचायत का ऐलान किया है.
