देशभर में बारिश आफत बनी हुई है इसी बीच जम्मू-कश्मीर और उत्तराखंड में भी भारी बारिश से तबाही की तस्वीरें सामने आ रही है. जोजिला दर्रे के पास अचानक से बाढ़ आ गई जिसकी वजह से श्रीनगर-लेह हाईवे भी बंद हो चुका है.
