उत्तर प्रदेश, दिल्ली और पंजाब समेत पांच राज्यों और एक केंद्र शासित प्रदेश की 3 लोकसभा और 7 विधानसभा सीटों के उपचुनाव के लिए वोटों की गिनती आज होगी. सभी सीटों पर गुरुवार को मतदान हुआ था. पूरे देश की नजर उत्तर प्रदेश की दो लोकसभा सीटों, आजमगढ़ और रामपुर पर टिकी है. सपा नेता आजम खान की प्रतिष्ठा दांव पर लगी है. मतगणना की तैयारियां पूरी कर ली गई हैं. सुरक्षा के भी पुख्ता बंदोबस्त किए गए हैं.

Counting of votes will be held today for by-elections to 3 Lok Sabha and 7 assembly seats in five states and one union territory, including Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Punjab. All the seats went to polls on Thursday. The eyes of the whole country are fixed on the two Lok Sabha seats of Uttar Pradesh, Azamgarh and Rampur. The reputation of SP leader Azam Khan is at stake. The preparations for the counting of votes have been completed. Tight security arrangements have also been made.
