असम में बाल विवाह के चार हजार से भी अधिक केस सामने आए है. राज्य में बाल विवाह कानून के तहत सरकार ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है. मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत बिस्वा शर्मा के आदेश के चलते कल रात से अब तक करीब 1800 लोगों की गिरफ्तारी हो चुकी है.

More than four thousand cases of child marriage have come to the fore in Assam. The government has taken major action under the Child Marriage Act in the state. Due to the orders of Chief Minister Hemant Biswa Sharma, since last night till now about 1800 people have been arrested.
