दिल्ली कूच से पहले मौलाना तौकीर रजा समेत 5 लोगों को 72 घंटे के लिए नजरबंद किया गया है. इस मामले की पुष्टि खुद डीएम ने की है. जानकारी के मुताबिक तौकीर रजा का 15 मार्च को दिल्ली के लिए कूच करने का एलान था.
