Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania box office collection: Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan starrer collects Rs 33.74 cror

Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan's second film together Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania is already inching towards Rs 50 crore mark.

Shashank Khaitan's directorial venture which released last week has already raked in Rs 33.74 crore nett at the domestic box office. After witnessing a good start on day 1, the film went on fare exceptionally well over the weekend.

Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted on Twitter, "#HSKD surpasses ALL expectations and has a FANTABULOUS Sunday: Fri 9.02 cr, Sat 11.25 cr, Sun 13.46 cr. Total -- 33.74 cr nett. India biz." But what's even more interesting is that Alia-Varun starrer has done well oversees too. "#Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania has witnessed ample growth in key markets such as USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Sat better than Fri", tweeted Adarsh.
