In an exclusive interview with BollywoodLife, Bobby Deol opened up about finally working with a director like Prakash Jha, experimenting with roles that challenge him, getting the Hindi right for Aashram, the immense prep for the web series, gaining confidence after knowing he was the first choice for the web series and not being the first choice for Class of '83. On the other hand, Aaditi Pohankar revealed how difficult it was to pick up a Haryanvi accent for her role as opposed to prepping for the wrestling scenes since she was earlier shortlisted for Fatima Sana Shaikh’s part in Dangal.
