बिहार के भागलपुर से यह दिल दहलाने वाले घटना की खबर सामने आई है. जिले के पीरपैंती थाना क्षेत्र के सिंघिया पुल के पास देर शाम नीलम देवी नामक महिला को शकील मियां नाम के अपराधी द्वारा चाकू से हमला कर वीभत्स तरीके घायल कर दिया गया.
The news of this shocking incident has come from Bhagalpur in Bihar. A woman named Neelam Devi was attacked with a knife by a criminal named Shakeel Miyan and injured in a gruesome manner late in the evening near Singhia bridge under Pirpainti police station area of the district.
