Bharat Ratna Chaudhary Charan Singh: केंद्र सरकार ने पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री चौधरी चरण सिंह (Chaudhary Charan Singh) और पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री पीवी नरसिम्हा राव (Narasimha Rao) को भारत रत्न देने का ऐलान किया है. इसके अलावा एमएस स्वामीनाथन को भी सर्वोच्च सम्मान भारत रत्न देने की घोषणा की गई है. 2024 के लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले मोदी सरकार का ये बड़ा दांव माना जा रहा है. भारत रत्न के ऐलान के साथ ही प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने चौधरी चरण सिंह, नरसिम्हा राव और एमएस स्वामीनाथन की तारीफ भी की है. पीएम मोदी ने अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों के किए गए तीनों के कामों को याद किया.
Bharat Ratna For Former Prime Ministers: The government today awarded Bharat Ratna, the highest civilian honour, to former Prime Ministers PV Narasimha Rao and Chaudhary Charan Singh and scientist Dr. MS Swaminathan today. Announcing the same, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that it was a matter of great joy. This exemplifies the Modi government's commitment to the agricultural sector, as reflected by the selection of two out of three awardees, Chaudhary Charan Singh and Dr. MS Swaminathan, who have significantly championed the cause of agriculture.
