An honest man named Ramchandra is elected as Mayor and his rival Digvijay Singh cannot digest it. Shortly after his election, Digvijay Singh falsely implicates Ramchandra in a corruption case. Ramchandra is forced to quit office after the scandal, and he hangs himself. After this incident, his obedient and simple son Ram Kumar, an insurance agent, faces many difficulties. Determined to fight against the injustice and uncover the criminals, he joins forces with the police and transforms himself into Prince Chandrashekar, a top diamond businessman from South Africa and later returns to avenge his father's murder.
