Dr.Habib forgives Aliya and asks her to do a small favor of dropping his assistant home, and calls his assistant to come with the medicines for Usmaan Saab. Aliya readily agrees, but is shocked to see a pregnant Gauhar coming down the stairs. Aliya and Gauhar both avoid acknowledging the fact that they know each other in front of Dr.Habib. Later in the car when Aliya questions Gauhar, she requests her not to disclose anything about having met her to anybody. On the other hand, Aliya's parents reach home and come face to face with Suraiya, who taunts them about not seeing Aliya around for her sister's engagement. Aliya walks in and seeing her carry something in her hand, Suraiya questions her about it. Aliya replies that it a medicine which she has got for herself. This is mainly a story of a girl,Aliya and a boy,Zain who reject each other on the day of their marriage, but they get married. How the story moves ahead is the main crux of this passionate love story.
