बिहार के बेगूसराय में मणिपुर जैसी घटना सामने आई है. यहां कुछ अपराधियों ने एक लड़की को निर्वस्त्र करके उसकी पिटाई की. अपराधियों ने लड़की का वीडियो बनाकर उसे वायरल कर दिया. जिसमें पुलिस ने मुख्य आरोपी किशन देव चौरसिया को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है.
