The trailer gives a sneak peek into the story or rather problems of Jatin (Sumit Anand, Karan Johar's Student Of The Year fame) -- the endearing and young groom-to-be. The dude is on a bachelor vacation with his buddies Harry (Sumit Suri) and Rohan (Amol Parashar), but this vacation turns out be a problem for him when Natasha (Erica Fernandes) enters the scene.

Natasha is an important character of this tale, who kick-starts it all with (what Jatin assumes is) a one-night stand after the bachelor party. The assumed one night stand is followed by numerous meetings -- some coincidental, others deliberate -- driving Jatin in a pit of problems. It gets worse when Tamana (Preet Kamal), Jatin's girlfriend and the bride-to-be finds out about Jatin's one night stand.

Directed by Nila Madhab Panda, Babloo Happy Hai will release on January 31, 2014.
