राजस्थान में BJP को प्रचंड बहुमत तो मिल गया लेकिन तीन दिन बाद भी पार्टी अब तक मुख्यमंत्री के नाम का ऐलान नहीं कर पाई है। वसुंधरा राजे, राजकुमारी दीया कुमारी और महंत बालकनाथ के बीच तगड़ी होड़ लगी है कि मुख्यमंत्री की कुर्सी पर कौन बैठेगा? हालांकि सूत्रों का कहना है कि वसुंधरा राजे इस रेस में आगे चल रही हैं। हालांकि बाबा बालकनाथ रेस में थोड़े पीछे ज़रूर हैं लेकिन रेस से बाहर नहीं हुए हैं। सूत्रों का कहना है कि उनका राजनीति अनुभव कम है इसलिए पार्टी आलाकमान उनके नाम पर थोड़ा हिचकिचा रहे हैं। योगी आदित्यनाथ जब मुख्यमंत्री बने तब वो पांच बार सांसद का चुनाव जीत चुके थे, जबकि बालकनाथ 2019 में पहली बार सांसद बने और राजनीतिक अनुभव की कमी उनके आड़े आ रही है।
