हिमाचल प्रदेश के चंबा जिले में मनोहर नाम के लड़के को 7 टुकड़ों में काट दिया है. इसकी वजह यह थी कि मनोहर ने एक मुस्लिम लड़की से प्रेम किया था. जिसके बाद स्थानीय लोगों ने आरोपियों के घरों में आग लगा दी. इस मामले में मनोहर की परिजनों की प्रतिक्रिया सामने आई है. फिलहाल इलाके में धारा 144 लगा दी गई है.
