नूंह में फैली हिंसा को देखते हुए एहतियातन रेवाड़ी, पलवल, फरीदाबाद समेत पांच जिलों में धारा 144 लागू कर दी गई। साथ ही वहां इंटरनेट सेवा को भी बंद कर दिया गया। प्रशासन ने सतकर्ता बरतते हुए नूंह, फरीदाबाद और पलवल में सभी शिक्षण संस्थानों और कोचिंग सेंटरों को भी एक दिन के लिए बंद कर दिया। साथ ही बोर्ड की 10वीं और 12वीं की परीक्षा को नूंह में रद्द कर दिया गया। ये परीक्षाएं 1 और 2 अगस्त को होनी थीं।
