दिल्ली में हेल्थ इमरजेंसी को देखते हुए 3 नवंबर को GRAP-4 की सख्त पाबंदियां लागू की गई थीं. प्रदूषण के स्तर में कुछ सुधार हुआ तो पाबंदियों में ढील दे दी गई. हालाकिं अभी GRAP-1 से GRAP-3 तक पाबंदियां जारी रहेंगी.

In view of the health emergency in Delhi, strict restrictions of GRAP-4 were implemented on 3 November. There was some improvement in the level of pollution, then the restrictions were relaxed. However, for now the restrictions from GRAP-1 to GRAP-3 will continue.
