उत्तराखंड में जोशीमठ के लोगों की जिंदगी खतरे में पड़ गई है. जिसके बाद राज्य के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और कांग्रेस नेता हरीश रावत ने इसका ठीकरा सरकार पर फोड़ दिया है. उनका कहना है कि 'जोशीमठ' के हालात के लिए NTPC टनल जिम्मेदार है.
