Baat Pate Ki: चुनावी मौसम शुरू हो चुका है. साथ ही बयानबाजी का दौर भी चरम पर है. रविदास जयंती के मौक़े पर हुए एक कार्यक्रम में समाजवादी पार्टी नेता रामगोपाल यादव का औरंगजेब प्रेम छलका और आदि शंकराचार्य पर विवादित टिप्पणी कर दी. रामगोपाल यादव ने कहा कि हिंदू धर्म में जितनी कुरीतियां थीं..भगवान बुद्ध ने उन्हें दूर करने का काम किया। लेकिन उनके स्तूपों को लगभग हर जगह तोड़ा गया. औरंगजेब ने जितने मंदिर तुड़वाये थे उससे सौ गुना ज्यादा शंकराचार्य के आदिशंकर के शिष्यों ने भगवान बुद्ध के स्तूपों को तोड़ा है, साथ ही रामगोपाल यादव ने आरोप लगाया कि सरकार लोगों के मौलिक अधिकार छीन रही है.
