Full Written Recipe Atta Milk Cake
Ingredients List सामग्री
Atta Milkcake
• Wheat Flour - 1.5 cup
• Ghee - 1/2 cup
• Milk Powder - 1/2 cup
• Sugar - 1 cup
• Water - 1 cup
• Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp

To make atta milk cake.
• Take a pan.
• Add Wheat flour,ghee and roast until golden and aromatic.
• Turn off flame when aromatic.
• Add Milk powder and Mix well.
• Take another pan.
• Add sugar,water and melt sugar.
• Take any tin or plate and grease well.
• Check sugar syrup do not over boil.
• prepare sticky sugar syrup.
• Turn off flame and keep aside.
• On low flame add sugar syrup into atta and cook until leaves pan.
• Turn off flame and transfer into tray.
• Spread it and smooth it on top.
• Garnish with any dry fruits/Silver Vark.
• Let it set for 15-30 mins.
• Check after 15 mins.
• Cut into pieces.
• Atta Milkcake is ready to serve...Enjoy!!
