दिल्ली नगर चुनाव से पहले दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने बड़ा दांव खेला है. केजरीवाल ने वादा किया है एमसीडी में आप की सरकार बनते ही RWA को मिनी पार्षद का दर्जा दिया जाएगा. साथ ही ये भी कहा कि RWA को सशक्त बनाएंगे.
