Article 370 Case in Supreme Court Latest live Updates: जम्मू-कश्मीर से अनुच्छेद 370 हटाने के मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट सोमवार को फैसला सुना सकता है. कोर्ट के 5 जजों की खंडपीठ ने इस मामले में अपनी सुनवाई पूरी कर 5 सितंबर को आदेश सुरक्षित रख लिया था. सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला आने की संभावना को देखते हुए जम्मू कश्मीर में सुरक्षा बलों को अलर्ट जारी कर दिया गया है. साथ ही कश्मीर में शांतिपूर्ण माहौल सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजाम किए गए हैं.
कश्मीर जोन के आईजी पुलिस वी के बिरदी ने कहा, ‘यह सुनिश्चित करना हमारा कर्तव्य है कि घाटी में हर परिस्थिति में शांति बनी रहे.’ उन्होंने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की विस्तृत जानकारी तो नहीं दी, लेकिन कहा कि पर्याप्त व्यवस्था की गई है. बिरदी ने पिछले दो हफ्ते में घाटी के 10 जिलों में से अधिकतर में सुरक्षा समीक्षा बैठकें कीं.
Article 370 Case in Supreme Court Latest live Updates: The Supreme Court can give its verdict on Monday in the case of removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. The division bench of 5 judges of the court had completed its hearing in this case and reserved the order on 5th September. In view of the possibility of the Supreme Court's decision, an alert has been issued to the security forces in Jammu and Kashmir. Also, strict security arrangements have been made to ensure peaceful environment in Kashmir.
Kashmir Zone IG Police VK Birdi said, 'It is our duty to ensure that peace is maintained in the valley under all circumstances.' He did not give detailed information about the security arrangements, but said that adequate arrangements have been made. Birdi held security review meetings in most of the 10 districts of the valley in the last two weeks.
