This is the most unique and creative street food you'll ever see. It's called Aloo Fingers or Nadda Kabab. It's made from fryums and potato mixture. To make this chaat, crispy and crunchy fryums are filled with an chatpata mixture made of potato, tomato, onions, sweet-spicy chutney and chaat masalas.
