Parineeti Chopra had a great debut with 'Ladies VS Ricky Bahl' and followed up with her splendid performance in 'Ishaqzaade'. However, she became increasingly repetitive with her next three films, including the recently released film 'Daawat-e-Ishq'. Alia Bhatt on the other hand has sprung a surprise this year. She was loved a lot in 'Highway', '2 States' and 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania' and what's more, she played diverse roles in each of these films. In short, she has surged ahead of Parineeti.
