Akshay Kumar To Play Prime Minister Narendra Modi In His Next Film

While earlier there was a strong buzz that Paresh Rawal will be essaying the role of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the latter’s biopic, we now hear that Akshay Kumar has bagged the coveted role.

A source close to the Bhartiya Janta Party(BJP) has been quoted saying that Akshay’s presence will ensure a wider reach, greater impact and will make the movie much more productive.

Actor and BJP leader Shatrughan Sinha too agrees that as Akshay is ‘Mr. Clean of India’, he is perfect to play NaMo. Chairperson of Central Board of Film Certification, Pahlaj Nihalani also feels that Akki will be the right choice because of his ‘spotless image of an idealist and a visionary.'

Akshay will be next seen in Toilet:Ek Prem Katha and Padman and both the films talk about social issues.
