Akshay Kumar Asks His Fans To Stop Trending 'Bhagoda Rohit Shetty'

Rohit Shetty’s upcoming Aklshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi was all set to clash with Salman Khan’s Inshallah on Eid 2020. However, the clash has now been averted as Rohit has shifted the release date of his action-drama.

A few days ago, Salman posted a picture with Rohit and announced the new release date of Sooryavanshi writing, “I always thought of him as my younger brother and today he proves it... #RohitShetty Sooryavanshi releasing on 27th March, 2020.”

However, it seems that Akshay Kumar’s fans are not too happy with this change in the release date. As soon as the new release date was announced, they started trending ‘Bhagoda Rohit Shetty’ on Twitter. As fans continued to slam Shetty for getting scared and preponing the film’s release date, Akshay had to intervene and ask his fans to be positive and not participate in negative trends.

The superstar wrote, “Since past few days I've noticed certain negative trends being done by people dearest to me...you guys. I can see and understand your angst, all I can do is request you all with folded hands not to start/participate in such trends. I took up Sooryavanshi with a very positive outlook, let's continue making and releasing it in the same way."

Akshay will be seen romancing Katrina Kaif in Sooryavanshi, while Salman will be seen opposite Alia Bhatt in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Inshallah.
