Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is presently in Melbourne, with her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan, to attend the Indian Film Festival Of Melbourne 2017 and the beauty queen became the first Indian actress to hoist the Indian flag at the festival.

The actress hoisted the tricolor along with her darling daughter at the Federation Square to celebrate 70 years of India’s independence. The duo also sang the national anthem along with the Indian diaspora present there.
