Aakhree Raasta is a 1986 Hindi action drama film starring Amitabh Bachchan, Sridevi and Jaya Prada. The film was superhit and was a remake of the Tamil movie, ‘Oru Kaidhiyin Dairy’. Aakhri Raasta revolves around David D’Costa who is falsely accused of his wife's murder and imprisoned. Twenty-four years later, when he is released, he seeks revenge on the three men who were responsible for his sufferings, only to be stopped by Inspector Vijay, who is none other than David’s son.
