US Defence Minister and Foreign Minister arrive at National War Memorial
Mike Pompeo, Mark Esper to take part in India-US 2+2 inter-ministerial dialogue today. During the meeting, a military pact, BECA or Basic Exchange and Cooperation Agreement is also expected to be signed.
