Achu Murukku is one of the most favorited crunchy snack recipe in my village. All village families make this snack recipe at the Diwali festival. Today we cook 1000 rose cookies using rice flour, coconut milk, cube jaggery, and more. This Achu Murukku is also popular in Kerala as Achappam.
