Delhi MCD Election Result 2022 LIVE Updates: Delhi is eagerly waiting for the results of its high-stakes municipal polls held on December 4, the counting of which will begin shortly. The counting of votes polled in the civic elections in the capital is scheduled to begin at 8 am and will take place across 42 centres amid tight security. The centres are located in areas including Dwarka, Okhla, Mangolpuri, Pitampura, Alipur, Model Town, Shastri Park, Yamuna Vihar, Mayur Vihar, and Nand Nagari. Tight security arrangements have been made at all the centres with around 20 companies of Central Armed Police Forces and more than 10,000 police personnel deployed for the day at the centres. Delhi, which recorded a voter turnout of 50.48 per cent in the keenly-watched polls, is witnessing a three-way contest among the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), and Congress. There are 250 wards in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and as many as 1,349 candidates are in the fray in this election. The results of MCD polls are expected to have ramifications beyond the national capital.


Delhi MCD Election Result 2022 Live Updates: दिल्ली नगर निगम चुनाव के लिए वोटों की गिनती शुरू हो गई है. पिछली बार के मुकाबले इस बार भारतीय जनता पार्टी (BJP) और आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) में कांटे की टक्कर दिख रही है. बीजेपी जहां लगातार चौथी बार नगर निगम पर फतह हासिल करना चाहती है, वहीं आप ने इस बार बीजेपी का किला उखाड़ने के लिए पूरा जोर लगा रखा है. देश की राजधानी में हुए नगर निकाय चुनाव के नतीजों पर सबकी निगाहें लगी हुई हैं. बता दें कि दिल्ली नगर निगम के 250 वार्डों के लिए 4 दिसंबर को वोट डाले गए थे और करीब 50 प्रतिशत मतदाताओं ने अपने मताधिकार का इस्तेमाल किया था. दिल्ली नगर निगम चुनाव (MCD Election) के नतीजों में बीजेपी को बड़ा झटका लग सकता है. ZEE NEWS के एग्ज़िट पोल के अनुसार, बीजेपी 82 से 94 सीटों पर सिमट सकती है, जबकि आम आदमी पार्टी को 134 से 146 सीटें मिलने का अनुमान है.
